From the Army and Navy Roundabout

1. Take the exit onto A138/Chelmer Rd,
Continue to follow A138, go through 2 roundabouts.
2. Take the B1137 exit toward Springfield.
3. At the roundabout, 3rd exit onto Springfield Rd.
4. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto Cuton Hall Lane.
5. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto Richmond Road.
6. Take the 1st left onto Suffolk Drive .

From the A12

Heading Northbound on the A12
1. At junction 19, take the A130 exit to A138.
2. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto A130/Colchester Rd, continue to follow Colchester Rd,
go through 2 roundabouts.
3. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto Cuton Hall Lane.
4. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto Richmond Road.
5. Take the 1st left onto Suffolk Drive .

Heading Southbound on the A12
1. At junction 19, exit toward A138/A130.
2. At the roundabout, 4th exit onto A138,
go through 1 roundabout.
3. Take the exit toward Chelmer Village/Springfield.
4. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto Cuton Hall Lane.
5. At the roundabout, 2nd exit onto Richmond Road.
